My Philosophy
At QUANTUM HARMONICS THERAPi™, we believe that you have the power within you to be, do, and have anything you desire, and with strategic, compassionate, non-judgmental therapi, we can help you tap into that inner-power and achieve the life of your dreams.
Founder: Brandon Rice, MSN, RN, PMHNP-BC
Brandon Rice, MSN, RN, PMHNP-BC, is a former collegiate football player (UC Davis, 2004-2008) turned Registered Nurse (UCLA 2016, MSN), Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (UCSF 2023), and life coach who believes and teaches others that the key to happiness is living life in congruence to your authentic self.
Through his intense struggle of finding his identity beyond the playing field, Brandon battled deep depression and anxiety, which led him to seek help from mental health providers and catapulted him on his journey of self-discovery and holistic well-being. Brandon vowed to himself that he would do everything in his power to learn the tools necessary to not only keep him healthy in mind and body, but to assist him in maximizing joy throughout all aspects of his life, which he has termed “inner peace and sustainable happiness.”
The way in which he discovered the latter was through the transformative power of the law of attraction, meditation, therapy, cold exposure, and reading/listening to leaders such as Esther Hicks, Dr. Joe Dispenza, Rumi the Sufi Poet, Louise Hay, Eckhart Tolle, Martha Beck, Les Brown, Eric Thomas, Tony Robbins, Jim Rohn, Earl Nightingale, John Maxwell and many more inspirational individuals.
With the knowledge that healing and self-evolution is an infinite, ever-changing process, Brandon created a model he has deemed, “The Dynamic Model of Authenticity,” which currently has two main pillars: 1. Authenticity; and 2. Connection. Within the first pillar are three subcategories: 1. Who Am I; 2. Gaining the Courage to Navigate Life Staying True to Oneself; and 3. Gracefully Evolving into Newer Versions of Oneself. The second pillar, entitled Connection, refers to the various connections/relationships one has within their life, such as family, partners, friends, etc. Brandon believes that for those who are struggling with anything in their life, he can utilize his “Dynamic Model of Authenticity” to assist in guiding them towards discovering their own solutions and living life on their terms.
Brandon prides himself on providing tools and guiding individuals to the answers they hold within themselves. One of the many ways Brandon does this is by encouraging meditation, which empowers clients to tap into their inner wisdom and cultivate self-awareness.
With the idea that, “one can only help another to the depths of which they have helped themselves,” Brandon is continuously committed to his own growth and learning. Ways in which he does this is by practicing meditation and enthusiastically seeking knowledge from literature, podcasts, conferences, and any other learning modality that piques his interest. He is dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of his clients and is deeply passionate about helping individuals harness the power to unlock their true potential and live their best lives.
